Simple Exercises to Help with Balance

As we all get older, our balance starts to falter.  Simple activities that we used to not even think about can end up leading to falls, broken bones and other injuries.  That’s why it’s important to stimulate your nervous system to help you balance. This video will show you some simple exercises to do just that.  

The part of your brain called your cerebellum controls voluntary movement, and it’s that part of the brain we want to stimulate. The exercises in this video will begin easy and get progressively more difficult as we go along.

You’ll begin with your eyes open and your shoes on.  Dr. Robert Rosas from Intero Chiropractic, located in Pleasanton California will demonstrate these exercises that will help improve your balance, starting with the easy ones, and getting progressively more difficult.
